Primary Teacher (Replacement, 2027)

About the role

St Joseph's School, a Preschool to Year 12 co-educational Catholic school in Port Lincoln, is seeking a Primary Teacher for a 12-month replacement position starting Monday 19 January 2027. The role is full-time but part-time is negotiable, and the advertised salary is $82,660 - $116,160. Key responsibilities

• Plan, teach and assess using evidence-based practices aligned with the Australian Curriculum
• Implement a Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework
• Promote inclusive, student-centred learning and nurture students' academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and with families and the wider community

Required profile

• Experienced teachers, graduates or SATs
• Commitment to Catholic education and the school's ethos
• Current teacher registration, Working with Children Check and RRHAN-EC certification (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid certificate in an education and care setting (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Availability for 2027
