Pre-Site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

Sherridon Homes, part of Mirrastone, Victoria's largest residential home builder, is growing in the Bendigo region and is seeking a Pre-Site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator. The role takes care of customers throughout the administration of their build through to site start, working within a close and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments
• Follow up on finance approvals and arrange warranty insurance
• Deliver an exceptional home building journey for customers
• Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
• Use technology, internal systems and industry knowledge to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate data in line with Customer Journey and Group policies and procedures
• Support the Construction team to raise the standard for customers

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and a caring, empathetic approach to clients and colleagues
• Well-developed communication skills, strong written and verbal skills and a professional phone manner
• High level of personal presentation, attention to detail and a driven, proactive attitude
• Ability to prioritise and manage a large workload while multitasking
• Unrestricted Australian work rights and availability to interview in person
• Building industry qualifications are highly regarded
