Practice Manager - Dental Practice

About the role

An established four-chair dental practice in Tuggeranong, ACT, offering general and cosmetic dental treatments and supported by an experienced clinical team, is looking for an experienced Practice Manager. The role leads the practice's day-to-day operations and supports the clinical team so that patients continue to receive an exceptional level of care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the dental and administrative teams
• Manage day-to-day practice operations and workflows
• Oversee appointment books, rostering and practice efficiency
• Support a team of high-performing dentists
• Maintain excellent standards of patient service
• Drive a positive, professional and accountable team culture
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure practice policies, procedures and compliance requirements are met

Required profile

• Previous practice management or senior dental leadership experience
• Dental industry experience (highly regarded)
• Confident, supportive people leader who thrives in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage competing priorities
• Professional communication with patients, clinicians and team members
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership

What we offer

• Salary of $79,000 to $84,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working week, no weekend work required
