Practice Manager - Dental Clinic

About the role

A busy, fast-paced 4-chair dental clinic in Tuggeranong is looking for a Practice Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting the team and keeping a positive, productive workplace. The clinic offers general and cosmetic dental procedures, is located in the South.Point Tuggeranong Shopping Centre on the ground floor, and operates 7 days; the Practice Manager position is Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the dental team
• Manage daily clinic operations and workflows
• Coordinate staff, handle performance and development
• Support patient experience and service standards
• Manage rostering and operational requirements
• Maintain clinical and administrative processes
• Support practice performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance and practice standards are met
• Work closely with the dentists and wider management team

Required profile

• Previous practice management experience
• Ideally experience within the dental industry
• Confident and approachable leader able to manage a busy clinical environment
• Comfortable managing people, priorities and day-to-day challenges
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
