Practice Manager – Chatswood Chase Clinic

About the role

MyHealth, a group of over 100 local practices across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, is looking for a Practice Manager for its Chatswood Chase Clinic. The role drives operational excellence and builds a supportive, team-driven environment, with strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care
• Facilitate inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
• Manage the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination
• Provide solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
• Lead a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care

Required profile

• Prior practice management experience in a General Practice Clinic
• Confidence in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles
• Experience managing nursing and administration staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multitasking and prioritisation skills, with a positive, can-do attitude

Required skills

• Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS and private health insurance billing is preferred
