Practice Lead Business Analysis

About the role

The Business Analysis Practice Lead will provide people leadership and champion business analysis excellence across the Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on AI enablement and uplift across the delivery lifecycle, combining AI, delivery expertise and benefits realisation to drive measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
• Shape and evolve the Business Analysis Practice, embedding best practices across the Delivery & Change CoE.
• Provide expert business analysis guidance to teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Champion consistent analysis standards, frameworks and quality assurance.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence decisions, build trusted relationships and communicate analysis impacts.
• Identify, assess and implement AI‑enabled productivity or process‑improvement opportunities across the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing Business Analysis teams in complex delivery and transformation environments.
• Strong blend of Business Analysis leadership, AI enablement, Delivery & Change expertise and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI‑enabled productivity, automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Growth mindset with a passion for innovation.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• AI prompt development, AI agents, templates, guidance and automated workflow creation.
• Business Analysis, Project Delivery and Change Management practices.
