Senior Tech Assist

About the role

Join Macquarie Group's Tech Assist team to provide customer‑facing and remote technology support across the bank. You will be the face of IT, delivering an outstanding end‑user experience while collaborating with specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues for Windows, Apple and iOS environments.
• Fulfil service requests, support new starters and manage equipment.
• Support meeting‑room AV, collaboration technologies, networks and executive events.
• Work with specialist teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance the technology experience.

Required profile

• Experience providing desktop support to end users in Windows, Apple and iOS environments.
• Familiarity with security, regulatory and compliance processes.
• Ability to leverage modern tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Windows 11 and Active Directory administration
• SCCM and Intune endpoint management
• Power BI for dashboards and reporting
• SysTrack for endpoint analytics and performance monitoring
