PR & Affiliate Content Specialist

About the role

Eightcap is seeking a PR & Affiliate Content Specialist to plan, produce and place market‑focused content that positions the brand and its spokespeople as credible voices in the trading community. The role blends traditional and digital PR, thought‑leadership development, and affiliate content management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and deliver articles, commentary and explainers across FX, macro data, commodities, indices and crypto.
• Build thought‑leadership by ghost‑writing and preparing leaders for interviews, panels and podcasts.
• Secure placements in tier‑one and niche trading publications and earn high‑authority backlinks through digital PR campaigns.
• Run the affiliate content engine, supplying kits to partners and ensuring timely, compliant publication.
• Route all content through Compliance and Legal, adhering to brand guidelines and jurisdictional financial promotion rules.
• Report monthly on coverage, share of voice, backlinks and referral traffic, and manage award submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in content, editorial or digital PR, preferably in regulated financial markets.
• Excellent written English, capable of addressing both beginners and experienced traders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance and iterate on data.
• Agile, accountable approach in a fast‑paced environment and comfort working across time zones.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and Meltwater.
• Understanding of SEO, AEO and link‑building strategies.
• Daily use of AI writing tools with ability to edit and fact‑check output.
