About the role
A major food manufacturer and leading supplier of farm-fresh eggs and egg products is looking for experienced farm hands to assist its team in Macgregor, ACT. The position is advertised by CoreStaff as a casual role, with hours from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Work with live chickens
- Collect and pack eggs
- Check sheds for feed, light, air and water
- Clean and maintain sheds and surrounding areas
- Carry out ad hoc farm work as required
Required profile
- Previous farm or poultry experience is an advantage but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to work are most important
