Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – Northern Perth

About the role

LiveBig is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join its Northern Perth team, working primarily in Osborne Park and Kingsley. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (minimum four days per week) and involves delivering high‑quality behaviour support services to people with disability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and comprehensive PBS assessments.
• Develop evidence‑based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Provide person‑centred recommendations and interventions.
• Maintain high‑quality clinical documentation and reporting.
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
• Manage appointments and service delivery across home, community and telehealth settings.

Required profile

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check if not already held.
