Porter / Concierge at Ayers Rock Resort

About the role

Join the Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort as a Porter (Concierge) and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the iconic Outback Hotel and Lodge. You will live onsite in Yulara, providing personalised luggage handling and guest services while creating memorable first and last impressions of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and bid farewell with kindness, acting as an ambassador for the resort.
• Coordinate and transport guests' luggage across hotel properties, delivering bags to rooms promptly after check‑in.
• Liaise with reception regarding room allocations and ensure timely delivery of luggage.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference spaces and external grounds as directed by management.
• Support other front‑office duties as needed to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Full Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred).
• Ability to work onsite and live in Yulara for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
