Pool Tiling Specialist

About the role

Dynamic Pool Designs is hiring a Pool Tiling Specialist to work on pools across the region, from the Gold Coast to Ballina. The role is full time, with competitive pay based on experience plus superannuation. You will deliver precision tiling and waterproofing on pools, waterlines and wet areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform precision tiling for swimming pools, waterlines and wet area surrounds
• Apply waterproofing systems to meet Australian standards
• Prepare substrates through screeding, rendering and levelling
• Interpret and work from technical drawings
• Deliver consistently high-quality finishes across tiling and waterproofing tasks
• Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors and follow safety protocols and project timelines
• Support the construction team on other pool construction activities when tiling work is not available; full training is provided

Required profile

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Proven experience in pool tiling and waterproofing
• Ability to interpret technical plans
• High attention to detail and quality
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current Australian driver's licence

Required skills

• Preferred: Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or similar
• Preferred: Waterproofing certification (e.g. CPC31420)
• Preferred: experience with luxury/custom pools and with residential and commercial pool projects
• Preferred: proficiency with various tile types
