Plumber – FIFO 8:6 rosters across WA sites

About the role

Sodexo is looking for experienced plumbers to join its Facility Maintenance team on remote sites across Western Australia. You will work on either an 8:6 or 2:2 FIFO roster, providing essential plumbing services to residential, village and mine‑site facilities. The role involves 12‑hour shifts in challenging environments, so good fitness and a safety‑first mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and preventive work on plumbing systems across various remote sites.
• Respond to emergency calls, diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with on‑site teams to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in facility maintenance within domestic or commercial sectors.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude, flexible and focused on safety and service delivery.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights and ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police checks.

Required skills

• Valid WA Plumber's Licence.
• Gas Ticket certification.
