Platform Sales Partner

About the role

FICO is seeking a Platform Sales Partner to join its Global Platform Software Sales Team in Australia. The role focuses on selling the FICO Platform to enterprise customers, driving both initial adoption and ongoing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work with existing and new customers in consumer lending and retail banking to understand initiatives across marketing, originations, personalization, collections and fraud.
• Partner with Key Account Managers, Pre‑Sales Domain Experts and Architects to shape solution proposals and position the platform.
• Build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to uncover decision‑management challenges.
• Manage a quota of enterprise accounts, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and understand client industry and technology challenges.
• Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in financial services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, simulation and optimization.
• Familiarity with decision management, behavioural profiling and SaaS offerings.
