Planning Manager – Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning

As Planning Manager – Supply Chain (IBP) you will lead and evolve the Integrated Business Planning capability, turning complex scenarios into clear choices for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Supply Chain IBP process, integrating supply, demand, risk and opportunity.
• Influence senior and executive stakeholders by translating complex scenarios into clear recommendations.
• Optimise supply chain plans and network responses, balancing service, risk and cost.
• Lead scenario planning and develop the Integrated Supply Plan across procurement, manufacturing, storage and delivery.
• Drive collaboration across Demand, Inventory, Distribution, Production, Materials, Commercial and Finance to resolve issues and build alignment.
• Lead change initiatives, improve IBP maturity and help teams adopt new systems and ways of working.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially‑minded planning leader comfortable engaging senior leaders.
• Hands‑on experience working within an IBP environment in FMCG, manufacturing or a complex supply chain.
• Strong executive influencing and stakeholder management capability.
• Resilient and adaptable when navigating complexity and ambiguity.

Required skills

• Demonstrated Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience.
• Commercial and financial acumen for assessing supply chain decisions.
• Experience in planning optimisation and scenario evaluation.
• Familiarity with advanced planning or network optimisation technology.
