Pilot In Command – King Air 350

About the role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Pilot In Command (PIC) to operate King Air 350 aircraft supporting both CONUS and OCONUS missions. The role involves full flight operations, from planning to execution, in austere environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform flight planning, pre‑flight and post‑flight activities for King Air 350 missions.
• Execute mission flights as directed by the Site Operations Manager and Program Chief Pilot, ensuring compliance with all regulations and Leidos policies.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and safety standards in both domestic and overseas locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate and active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• U.S. citizenship, valid passport, and driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 21 and ability to meet DoD medical and training requirements for OCONUS travel.

Required skills

• 1,500 total PIC flight hours, including 300 PIC hours in a Super King Air 350 or similar.
• Proline 21 and Garmin G1000 avionics experience.
• FAA Commercial Airplane and Airplane Airman Certificate with multiengine, land, and instrument ratings.
