Piling Site Supervisor - WA

About the role

A rapidly expanding piling and foundations contractor, with offices in Perth and interstate, is looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the Perth Metroplex and surrounding areas in the infrastructure, industrial and high-rise commercial sectors. The successful candidate reports to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise piling projects such as CFA and bored pier works
• Set up construction sites and manage heavy plant, equipment and labour allocation
• Hold regular client liaison and site meetings
• Supervise the piling crew
• Keep WHS records and site records up to date

Required profile

• Prior experience in supervision or foreman roles within the piling industry
• Casing and polymer mix drilling experience for government and rail jobs
• Proven site supervisor experience in piling and/or ground engineering
• Experience in major deep foundation and retention projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams and manage dynamic piling crews
• Excellent communication skills with clients, working crews and governing bodies
• Full Australian work rights, a valid driver's licence and a white card

Required skills

• Knowledge of CFA, bored pier and other piling methods
• Construction and engineering experience in infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors
• Strong record-keeping and adherence to high WHS standards

The advertised pay is $150,000 to $180,000 plus superannuation and a vehicle.
