Physiotherapist - Workplace Health and Injury Prevention

About the role

Total Workfit Solutions, Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, is looking for a Physiotherapist to join its Hobart team. The role combines workplace injury prevention and occupational health services with clinical physiotherapy, offering variety, flexibility and the chance to help shape services in a supportive allied health environment. Most services are delivered across the Hobart region, with optional work throughout Tasmania.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical physiotherapy services in the Hobart clinic and onsite settings
• Develop and deliver workplace injury prevention, health and wellbeing programs
• Conduct workplace, task, role and ergonomic assessments
• Perform pre-employment, functional and capacity assessments
• Deliver health surveillance and screening programs
• Partner with employers and stakeholders to improve workplace health outcomes
• Contribute to the growth of the Physical Services team

Required profile

• Full AHPRA registration
• Understanding of workers' compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
• Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to learn and engage clients and stakeholders, including new technology
