Physiotherapist – Full‑time Permanent Role

About the role

HammondCare in Scone is seeking a full‑time Physiotherapist on a permanent basis to deliver high‑quality physiotherapy services to residents in its residential homes and support carers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents in maintaining and restoring optimal function and wellbeing.
• Provide effective physiotherapy assessments, set care goals, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Offer advice and support to carers and HammondCare staff on physiotherapy matters.
• Travel between HammondCare sites as required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in rehabilitation, aged‑care or palliative‑care settings.
• Current driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
