Pharmacy Health Representative – QLD North Brisbane

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Pharmacy Health Representative for the QLD North Brisbane area. The role executes the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts, ensuring each store understands and delivers the plans agreed at Head Office, meets assigned metric targets and builds strong relationships with pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by reaching and contacting pharmacies regularly (reach and frequency targets)
• Implement Strategic Account Plans and programmes, and report store performance monthly, reviewed quarterly with the Commercial Customer Manager and Key Account Manager
• Build relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and buyers
• Promote Pfizer products in line with brand strategy and provide in-store product information
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and provide pharmacy training as required
• Manage personal expenses within guidelines and take part in state and national team communication and Pharmacy IAT meetings
• Comply with legal, ethical and company standards, and with ad hoc sales activities set by the Commercial Customer Manager or Key Account Manager

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Science or similar highly regarded
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail pharmacy or as a pharmacist, with strong knowledge of the pharmacy sales process
• Current driver's licence is essential; some weekend or evening work and interstate travel are required
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

Required skills

• Competent computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
