Pharmacy Education Manager, Consumer

About the role

Galderma, a global dermatology company with brands such as Cetaphil, Benzac and Alastin, is looking for a Pharmacy Education Manager to join its team in North Sydney. The role advances the Consumer business unit's healthcare professional strategy so that Galderma is seen as the scientific partner of choice in dermatological skincare. It involves cultivating advocacy, promoting engagement and shaping recommendations among healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, as well as key opinion leaders.

The position also offers work across business units on key events, developing and delivering scientific information, training and education to healthcare professionals to support the consumer product range. Occasional interstate travel is required, and the company follows a hybrid model of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of healthcare professional strategy plans across ANZ Consumer brands, using knowledge of pharmacy trends and opportunities for growth and launch brands.
• Develop specific detailing and education materials to win recommendation from dermatologists, pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to expand Galderma's reach among healthcare professionals.
• Execute key strategies in line with annual brand plans to grow and maintain market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Science, preferably a Pharmacy degree.
• Business qualification (optional).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (optional).
• Minimum 5 years' experience, with a science-based marketing background well regarded.
