Marketing Assistant

About the role

Sanulac Nutritionals Australia, part of the Lactalis Group, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on role for an early-career marketer who wants broad exposure across brand, digital, retail and consumer marketing in the nutrition space. You will support the team in delivering brand campaigns, digital and retail activations, product launches, consumer promotions and day-to-day marketing operations, working cross-functionally with commercial teams, finance, retailer partners, media agencies and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with product launches and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate the development, approval and delivery of branded POS, promotional, digital and customer-facing assets, working with commercial teams, retailer media agencies and stakeholders to meet lead times and deadlines, and maintain an up-to-date asset register.
• Support brand website content updates and provide monthly Google Analytics reporting.
• Maintain accurate product information on content management systems, including specifications, imagery, nutritional information and approved claims.
• Coordinate and monitor product review campaigns, consumer sampling programs, competitions and promotions.
• Raise and manage SAP purchase orders and track marketing budgets and expenditure.
• Support the team with day-to-day general admin tasks.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Around 1-3 years' experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, able to follow up and keep several projects moving at once.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, infant nutrition or an agency is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva and Google Analytics.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
