About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist at the Penrith Distribution Centre. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, support a high‑performing team and ensure smooth dispensary operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts software.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
• Solid business acumen and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
