About the role

Formulae Australia is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pharmacist for its Sunshine Coast location. The role involves dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, and supporting personalised health and wellness plans.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense and supply prescription and over‑the‑counter medications safely.
• Conduct medication reviews, maintain accurate patient records and monitor therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and support personalised treatment plans.
• Contribute to evidence‑based practice, quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current registration (or eligibility) with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and support a inclusive workplace culture.

Required skills
