About the role

Join SA Pharmacy in Whyalla as a full-time pharmacist delivering high-quality medication management across inpatient and outpatient services. You will dispense medicines, provide counselling and medicines information, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately in both hospital and community settings.
• Provide patient counselling and medicines information to support optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to review medication regimens.
• Maintain comprehensive medication records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical pharmacy services and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Motivated pharmacist with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and safe medication management.
