About the role

Join a supportive, collaborative team delivering patient‑centred clinical pharmacy services across Redland Hospital and Bayside Health facilities. As a rotational pharmacist you will work in diverse acute‑care settings, providing high‑quality medication management and education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based clinical pharmacy services to a variety of patient areas.
• Perform therapeutic interventions, discharge planning and patient education.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy students and allied health assistants.
• Participate in quality‑improvement projects, research and service development.
