Pharmacist (AHP2) – Full Time – Port Augusta

About the role

Join SA Pharmacy as an AHP2 Pharmacist and deliver comprehensive pharmacy services to the Port Augusta community. You will provide clinical, dispensing, counselling and medicines‑information services while supporting safe medication management in collaboration with multidisciplinary health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and patient counselling.
• Dispense medicines accurately and efficiently according to regulatory standards.
• Supply medicines‑information to patients, staff and other health professionals.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied‑health teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain accurate records and apply sound clinical judgement in all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Motivated pharmacist who works well in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and adaptability.
