Personal Trainer – Virginia (Qualified & Non‑Qualified)

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our Virginia club. Whether you already hold a Cert III & IV in Fitness or are working towards certification, you will coach members one‑on‑one and in small groups, helping them achieve real results while building your own PT business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training sessions to individual and small‑group clients.
• Utilise provided business tools, spreadsheets and trackers to manage client progress and grow revenue.
• Develop strong client relationships and design customised training journeys.
• Contribute positively to club culture alongside a passionate team.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, education and career development programmes.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or willing to start certification.
• Passionate about fitness, health and helping people reach their goals.
• Self‑starter with motivation to build and grow a PT business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire confidence.
• Organised, professional and committed to a long‑term fitness career.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fitness programming and exercise techniques.
• Ability to use basic business tools such as spreadsheets and client trackers.
