Personal Trainer – Full-time (30 hrs/week) – Sydney

About the role

Ultimate Performance is seeking ambitious Personal Trainers to join its Sydney location on a full-time basis (30 hours per week). You will work with pre-assigned clients, receive extensive education and mentorship, and focus solely on delivering high-quality coaching without the need for sales or client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training sessions using evidence-based methods.
• Provide nutrition coaching tailored to each client’s goals.
• Maintain client progress through a structured accountability system.
• Utilise Ultimate Performance’s proprietary coaching technology and transformation system.
• Collaborate with mentors and participate in 200 hours of education during the first year.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Fitness/Personal Training (or equivalent).
• Full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident or unrestricted work visa).
• Availability to work early mornings and evenings, especially in the first year.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
