About the role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer to join a respected Queensland plaintiff firm. The successful candidate will work on a manageable caseload of around 40 files, focusing on strategy, client relationships, and achieving strong outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage motor vehicle accident claims, WorkCover matters, and public liability claims.
• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the litigation process.
• Provide strategic legal advice and oversee case progression to successful resolution.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners for mentorship and case development.

Required profile

• 1.5‑5 years post‑admission experience (PAE) in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a moderate caseload with quality focus.
• Strong client relationship skills and a genuine interest in a long‑term personal injury career.
