Personal Care Worker - Casual

About the role

Seasons Living is hiring a Casual Personal Care Worker to support residents with daily living and wellbeing in its Seasons homes, with a strong focus on person-centred care and building warm, trusted relationships. The role covers the Sinnamon Park and Waterford West communities, and the successful candidate must be able to pick up overnight shifts where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with residents' assessed needs, goals and preferences.
• Assist residents with personal care, meals, housekeeping, mobility, medication, transport and companionship.
• Maintain accurate, timely and professional documentation.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, care partners and the broader community team.
• Follow all relevant legislation, care plans, policies and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Caring, reliable and collaborative, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (essential).
• Experience in aged care, home care or community care settings.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (required).
• Current National Police Check or willingness to undertake one (required).
• Unrestricted Australian working rights (required).
• Open driver's licence (desirable).
