Personal Banker – Customer-Focused Banking Role

About the role

The Personal Banker role at Suncorp Bank in Canberra focuses on delivering outstanding sales and service across all customer channels. You will guide customers through their banking needs, promote digital solutions and ensure every interaction is centred on the customer’s best interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, conducting needs‑based conversations and educating customers on digital banking options.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Drive increased customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Participate in bank programs and initiatives that support business goals.
• Maintain a strong risk perspective by knowing your customer and adhering to compliance, ANZ and branch policies.

Required profile
