Personal Assistant – Sales & Marketing Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing team at the West Perth headquarters. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will provide high‑level administrative support and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries, email correspondence, travel arrangements and meeting logistics for senior executives.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, briefing papers, agendas and minutes to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, team events, the annual Technical Marketing conference in China, and visitor logistics.
• Handle procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing and budget support.
• Support governance processes, action tracking, onboarding activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience providing executive support in a large, complex organisation.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships across all business levels.

Required skills

• Fluent Mandarin language skills and solid understanding of Chinese culture.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or business systems; SAP experience is highly regarded.
