Performance Reward Specialist

About the role

Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking an experienced Performance Reward Specialist to own and drive remuneration, job evaluation and reward frameworks across its diverse workforce. This senior‑level SME role will shape the company’s reward strategy, ensuring pay structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the job evaluation, grading and remuneration frameworks.
• Lead remuneration benchmarking, annual salary reviews and reward governance.
• Provide expert advice on pay equity, incentives and performance reward.
• Partner with Employee Relations/Industrial Relations to align reward structures with operational workforce and enterprise agreements.
• Deliver trusted reward insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
• Build reward capability across the broader HR team.

Required profile

• Strong experience in remuneration, reward and job evaluation.
• Familiarity with Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of reward practices in blue‑collar and industrial environments.
• Confidence to act as a trusted reward SME and influence senior decision‑makers.
