Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an analytical, data‑obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media and SEO strategy for our portfolio of footwear brands, including Clarks and Wild Rhino. Based onsite in our Prahran office, you will drive results across Meta, Google Ads, affiliate channels, and organic search in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and affiliate platforms.
• Develop and execute data‑driven SEO strategies, including keyword research, audits and technical optimisation.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, creatives and audiences to meet ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
• Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Analyse traffic trends, bounce rates, CTR and conversion funnels using GA4, Meta and Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with creative, content, analytics and development teams to improve campaigns and SEO implementations.
• Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition.
• Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and ability to influence them.
• Experience handling multi‑brand budgets and scaling campaigns responsibly.
