Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Handy Finance (formerly OurMoneyMarket), a fintech that digitises and automates personal loan processes, is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join its growing team. The role covers paid campaign management, conversion rate optimisation and email campaigns, and is based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive paid marketing campaigns, finding insights and optimisation opportunities to deliver volume and efficiency, and support the creation of new campaigns through direct channels and partner networks.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of email, SMS and push campaigns in Salesforce and Braze, including A/B testing, gap identification and opportunities to attract new customers, nurture applicants and engage existing ones.
• Create and update landing pages to improve conversion rates and keep information relevant, and contribute to the ongoing organic search program.
• Gather and organise performance data for marketing reports, derive insights and identify ways to improve performance against company objectives.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and competitor activity to inform growth strategies and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Exceptional data literacy and data analysis skills.
