Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

Fever is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to own the marketing strategy for its live‑entertainment experiences. You will drive high‑impact digital launches, scale target audiences and align creative vision with data‑driven performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for assigned experiences, accountable for performance and results.
• Create and launch high‑visibility performance digital campaigns across social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and implement optimisation levers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content) to provide strategic direction and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly paid social platforms.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end with ownership of results.
• Highly organised, methodical and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient English (bilingual level); additional language is a plus.
