Performance Creative Lead

About the role

Lyka is looking for a Performance Creative Lead to own and scale its always‑on creative engine. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with the Senior Creative Producer and Performance Marketing team to turn data‑driven insights into high‑performing paid creative that drives measurable growth across all paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a continuous pipeline of high‑performing paid creative from brief to in‑market testing.
• Craft creative strategies, concepts and hypotheses that fuel ongoing experimentation across paid media.
• Write compelling hooks, scripts, calls‑to‑action and copy variations for video, static and motion assets.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to translate customer insights and campaign data into a dynamic creative testing roadmap.
• Analyse creative performance, iterate quickly on winning concepts, and scale successful ideas.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting edge with a proven track record in performance‑focused creative production.
• Ability to blend data insights with creative instinct to produce conversion‑focused assets.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment, preferably within e‑commerce or subscription‑based brands.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
