People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

Monde Nissin Australia, a food manufacturer with brands such as Black Swan, nudie, Peckish and Quorn, is looking for a full-time People & Culture Coordinator in Mulgrave. The role supports the People & Culture team and its initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience, strengthening engagement and supporting employee retention.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer HR processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Support the planning and running of engagement and culture initiatives such as team events, celebrations and wellness programmes
• Maintain HR records, databases and documentation in line with legislative requirements and company policies
• Help coordinate training and development programmes for employees at all levels
• Answer employee enquiries and provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
• Assist with compliance and reporting on people and culture metrics to senior management
• Contribute to HR initiatives that align with company strategy and values

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with familiarity with HR processes and best practices
• Attention to detail, organisation and time management, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Genuine passion for people and culture, with problem-solving skills and teamwork

Required skills

• Experience with HR management systems or databases is preferred
• Familiarity with Australian employment law and workplace compliance is desirable
