Pega Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Project Manager with strong hands‑on delivery experience in Pega‑based implementations. The role involves end‑to‑end project delivery, stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Pega projects, from planning through implementation, testing, deployment and post‑production support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation and delivery milestones.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of Pega developers, business analysts, solution architects, testers and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives where applicable.
• Monitor progress, budget, resource utilisation and communicate status, risks and milestones to senior management.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, release management, production deployment and post‑implementation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level Pega implementations or platform transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of the Pega platform architecture, capabilities and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
