About the role

We are seeking an experienced PayGlobal Systems Administrator to join the internal systems team of a well‑established organisation. The role focuses on administering, configuring and optimising the PayGlobal payroll platform while supporting broader business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise the PayGlobal system.
• Support business transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR and IT to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Assist with integrations, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure data integrity, system functionality and process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders and users.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PayGlobal Systems Administrator.
• Strong technical understanding of PayGlobal and payroll system functionality.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
