About the role
Swissport is seeking enthusiastic Passenger Service Agents to join its global ground handling team. In this fast‑paced aviation environment, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring a smooth journey from check‑in to boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check‑in, boarding, and disembarkation.
- Verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and handle luggage drop‑offs.
- Provide accurate flight information, including updates on delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
- Resolve passenger complaints and issues professionally.
- Support passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and wheelchair assistance.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and coordinate with airport personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist during emergencies, including medical incidents and flight diversions.
