Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through online and offline channels.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive client acquisition.
• Participate in comprehensive training on financial markets, FX, trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.
• Respond to client enquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights for product improvement.
• Achieve individual performance targets while continuously developing sales and communication skills.
