Part‑time Accounts Officer – Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Finance team on a part‑time basis (25 hours per week). The role offers flexibility within an 8:00 am‑4:00 pm window and provides a clear pathway to a full‑time permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and run payments (Accounts Payable).
• Assist with Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform month‑end vendor reconciliations.
• Support payment processing and general finance administration.
• Respond to vendor and internal account enquiries.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an accounts or finance role.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality financial support.
• Reports to the AP/AR Manager.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reconciliations, data analysis)
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Teams
• Online banking and payment platforms
• Familiarity with large ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, NetSuite)
