Parts Salesperson

About the role

An experienced Parts Salesperson is sought to join the NSW team. The role suits someone who enjoys working with customers, understands parts and thrives in a busy environment. You will support customers with their parts needs, identify and source the right components, prepare quotes and process orders.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer parts enquiries by phone, email and over the counter
• Identify and interpret parts to meet customer requirements
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Check parts availability and coordinate supply
• Provide a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Follow up quotes and identify sales opportunities
• Work closely with the Parts, Service and Sales teams
• Maintain accurate records in company systems

Required profile

• Ideally previous parts interpreting or parts sales experience
• Experience in the automotive, agriculture, construction or machinery industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proactive, team-focused approach and good attention to detail
