Partner Success Specialist

About the role

First Table, a global restaurant discovery and booking platform founded in Queenstown, New Zealand, is hiring two Partner Success Specialists. You will help restaurant partners get the most out of the platform by building genuine relationships, understanding their challenges and spotting opportunities. The role is fully remote, with a preferred location of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast and a start date of January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their businesses, goals and challenges.
• Proactively connect with restaurants, identify opportunities and help them improve bookings, availability and overall performance.
• Use booking trends and partner data to recommend practical improvements.
• Manage partner enquiries and solve problems collaboratively.
• Identify potential risks early, strengthen engagement and support long-term partner retention.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Ideally at least 2 years' experience in account management or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Confidence in communicating with different personalities and having difficult conversations.
• Proactive, commercially curious and collaborative, with an interest in how businesses succeed.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant technology, marketplaces or SaaS is a strong plus but not essential.
