Part-Time Subscriber Services Representative

About the role

Seven West Media is looking for a part-time Subscriber Services Representative to join its friendly, customer-focused team in Perth. The role handles inbound customer enquiries and service-related administration in a busy contact centre, with the priority of delivering outstanding customer experiences. It is rostered Monday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am to 12:00pm, with additional hours available as required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to home delivery and digital subscribers.
• Take payments and process holds.
• Start new subscriptions.
• Assist customers with complaints and cancellation requests.
• Ensure customers receive clear and correct information every time.
• Maintain the CRM accurately and up to date.

Required profile

• Proven track record of customer service in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability and the ability to think on your feet.
• Passion for making someone's day and a desire to work in a friendly, supportive environment.
