Part-Time Receptionist - Perth

About the role

HWLE, a rapidly growing legal partnership in Australia, is looking for a receptionist for its Perth office. The role is part-time, Monday to Wednesday, within the Office Services team, and suits someone seeking flexibility or a student wanting a role aligned with their studies. It is the firm's public face and first point of contact for clients and key business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors on arrival and offer assistance as needed
• Work with the admin team to help with functions and events
• Handle all enquiries professionally
• Arrange room bookings and assist with IT set-up
• Manage deliveries and deal with building management
• Support the wider Office Services team as required

Required profile

• A warm and friendly demeanour in person and over the phone
• Passion for a high standard of service and professional presentation
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels
• Experience representing professional services is advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia and a valid practising certificate to apply
