Part-Time Pharmacist

About the role

A locally owned pharmacy group with several locations across Bendigo in regional Victoria is hiring two part-time Pharmacists. The pharmacists work alongside dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants and report to the Pharmacy Manager. The group reinvests in local health services and offers broad clinical variety across dispensing, vaccination and other professional pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Dispensing and dispensing checks
• Patient counselling on prescription and over-the-counter medicines
• Professional services such as vaccinations and dose administration aid packing

The roster includes some after-hours and weekend rotation, so it suits someone seeking flexible, ongoing part-time hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current general registration with AHPRA (unrestricted)
• Experience in community or hospital dispensing
• Professional indemnity cover (PDL or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-focused care
