About the role

A professional family in New Farm is looking for a warm, reliable nanny to look after its two young children, aged 5 and 3. The position starts as soon as possible and offers flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

School and kindergarten drop-off and pick-up
Sole charge of the children
Engaging play including reading, outdoor play, music and fun activities
Light meal preparation for the children
Light household duties related to the children

Required profile

Warm, calm and confident, able to create a smooth, structured day
Proactive, organised and safety-focused
Strong communicator who values partnership with parents
Valid Blue Card and police check
Valid first aid and CPR certification
Accurate, up-to-date resume
Driving and owning a car are preferred but not essential

What we offer

Pay of up to $40 per hour plus superannuation (based on experience), or $48 per hour with an ABN
Set hours: Monday and Tuesday 7.30am to 6pm, and Wednesday and Friday afternoon 2pm to 6pm
A supportive, friendly and safe home environment
